Michelle’s expertise is in Business and Office Administration, and finances, and is the key to driving our success. It’s what keeps the team at ETHOS on their toes and creates an efficient operational environment. Her invoicing and reconciliation activities support the team and her skills in governance are a welcomed help to our Directors. As a highly-experienced business administrator, Michelle also brings a facilitative, coaching approach during her work with the team.

Reflecting on the changing face of the organisation as it has continued to grow and expand its subject matter expert base. She recognises that collaboration tools are key, they’re what allow us to manage the fast pace of change and business expansion as a team and if she could give one gift to customers it would be an electronic invoicing system!
