Doctor Patrick Lester is a qualified diagnostic radiographer (1993) and is registered with the Society of Radiographers. Having worked as a Radiographer at several large NHS Trusts as well as large healthcare providers in New Zealand, he has a wealth of clinical experience and clinical leadership in all aspects of digital diagnostics.

In 2004, Patrick was awarded a PhD in Bioinformatics at the University of Manchester, following which he went on to work in RIS/PACS Implementation Management on NPfIT and became a Clinical Safety Officer in 2007. Specialising initially in RIS/PACS product safety, Patrick has produced safety work to a high standard across many healthcare related products and deployments.

Patrick’s core skills map across all major disciplines of healthcare consultancy. Patrick has expertise in ISO 14971, ISO 13485, MDR, IVDR, DCB safety standards, business change, emerging healthcare strategies and genomics.
