Karen joined ETHOS in 2022, to support the CEO and provide additional laser-focused leadership and direction to strengthen the operational team and systems underpinning the business and its services.

She’s passionate about organisational development and this allows her to bring about positive outcomes for individuals, teams, and businesses. Her unique blend of senior leadership experience coupled with a curiosity to support others in their own commitment to change is clear in her coaching and mentoring. Karen holds an accredited coaching certification, recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) of which she is a member.

Having held a number of senior executive roles within the Isle of Man Government, Karen has a diverse portfolio of expertise ranging from C-suite to operational service delivery and management within the energy generation sector right through to health and social care services.

As a graduate of Russell Group UK Universities, Karen’s blend of scientific and compliance skills and her natural curiosity for people and business systems places her at the heart of our developing service to support our clients in reaching their own personal and business objectives.
